JAZZ DANCE
Jazz dance is a lively and energetic form of dance that originated in the United States in the early 20th century. It draws influence from a blend of African, European, and Caribbean dance styles and has evolved into a versatile and popular dance genre. Jazz dance is characterized by its syncopated rhythms, dynamic movements, and improvisational aspects.
Your dancers will learn to have precise control over their body to execute a variety of intricate, dynamic, and expressive movements, including big leaps, and quick turns. Our classes focus on strong technique, flexibility, and style. Each class consists of warm up, skills and steps, combinations and across the floor work. Ballet classes are strongly encouraged for Level 2 and above.
